Ultra Fill helps new Toll Sqaure of the Kil Tunnel in their ambitious sustainability goals

Since 2018, the Kil Tunnel (NL) has already been happily using Mr. Fill’s solar compacting bins. Recently the new Toll Square of the tunnel has been opened, which received a A+++++ energy label.

This photo shows the completely new Toll Square including a new Ultra Fill. Because with such a large-scale project, with the goal of creating better and more sustainable infrastructure, a solar compacting bin should not be missing! With an integrated solar panel, the Ultra Fill is completely self sufficient in the outdoor environment. Due to the solar powered compacting technology, the bin needs to be emptied less often. The Kil Tunnel also has 24/7 access to the filling degree via the Smart City Manager, which allows them to schedule emptying trips efficiently (also saves CO2 emissions!).
